I love computers and video games since I was a little kid, and spend my time developing them or porting them to consoles.

Description #

I started this project in 2009 with the help of Garin as proofreader. Being a big fand of the old Rare, I loved translating this game. In the beginning I had a lot of technical issues when translating the menus. The game broke when editing them. Possibly because of some kind of copy protection that Rare added to prevent editing some files. So those menus remained in English for years, until four years later that I was able how to avoid those copy protections and finally edit the menus.

I put a lot of effort trying to adapt the Gruntilda and other characters’ rhymes into Spanish. They caused a lot of headaches since half the texts of the game are rhymes. Effort that not even Nintendo put in the Spanish translation guide they offered and the official translation of Banjo-Tooie.
